Lead player engagement and community growth across Americas & EMEA for PUBG WEST. Develop programs to boost loyalty, retention, advocacy, and emotional connection; align initiatives with publishing, product, creators, esports, and brand campaigns; convert player feedback and regional insights into actionable recommendations; set community planning standards; collaborate cross-functionally and use AI tools to improve research and efficiency.
