Manage end-to-end operations for KRAFTON’s gaming incubator cohorts, including onboarding, milestones, budgets, reporting, documentation, mentorship, and graduation. Coordinate incubated studios with legal, finance, publishing, technology, UA, and data teams. Evaluate game UX, onboarding, player experience, and business metrics; identify risks and blockers; support cohort selection and due diligence; and improve program processes. The role requires strong mobile game product management knowledge, analytics, stakeholder communication, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

Own the BGMI product roadmap for India-facing features, collaboration events, engagement loops, growth, retention, and monetization. Write PRDs, define success metrics, analyze player data, and make data-driven decisions. Lead feature production through sprint planning, dependency management, cross-functional coordination, and timely delivery. Manage live operations, including events, content updates, rewards, issue resolution, launches, and external partnerships while collaborating with global teams.
