Supports matchday operations for New England Revolution MLS and MLS Next Pro matches. Responsibilities include locker room setup, team and referee support, sideline logistics, equipment and hydration protocols, scoreboard monitoring, and coordination with league officials, security, inspectors, and event personnel. The role requires reliable attendance at assigned matches, strong communication, physical ability to lift equipment, and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and outdoor work.

Coordinates camp operations, Board of Health compliance, permits, inspections, participant health records, and program documentation. Maintains registration and health-management systems, communicates with families, coaches, staff, and municipal agencies, coordinates coach schedules, prepares reports, and supports partnership programs. Ensures confidential participant information is handled according to privacy requirements and provides health care supervisor coverage when qualified.

Supports the marketing department’s fan and community engagement initiatives, including match-day promotions, on-site events, regional activations, Junior Revs membership administration, promotional development, inventory management, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, creativity, customer service, multitasking, and familiarity with soccer. It is an entry-level position with no supervisory responsibilities and occasional lifting requirements.
