Plan, pitch, and produce 20+ live events yearly from concept through execution. Manage speaker bookings, vendor contracts, production logistics, run-of-show, AV assets, on-site coordination, budgets, and promotions while collaborating with editorial, production, marketing, and front-of-house teams. Work evenings and weekends as needed to deliver inclusive, community-focused public media programming.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of audio-driven fundraising and third-party programs. Plan and produce radio pledge drives, develop year-round membership promotion calendar for radio and TV, coordinate cross-channel campaigns, manage vendors and staff scheduling, and analyze campaign performance to optimize donor acquisition and revenue. Partner with Programming, Development, Product, and Analytics to align messaging and donor journeys.

Manage day-to-day execution of a major nonprofit fundraising campaign, coordinating cross-functional teams, volunteers, vendors, and finances. Maintain timelines, dashboards, CRM records, and reporting for leadership while supporting major gift fundraising, volunteer engagement, and campaign communications.
