Manage and deliver internal audit services for a portfolio of clients within KPMG’s Risk Consulting team. Responsibilities include overseeing engagements, understanding client businesses, preparing reports, developing risk and control solutions, managing concurrent tasks, collaborating with clients, and coaching junior staff. The role is primarily Christchurch-based with occasional travel to other South Island locations.

Coordinates the Brand team's design workflow by managing incoming requests, assigning work, tracking deadlines and statuses in Monday.com, scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and monitoring priorities. The role also manages relationships with external suppliers, supports access to research resources, assists stakeholders, and identifies process improvements. Success requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative environment.

Manage private enterprise advisory engagements, including management reporting, cash-flow forecasting, tax deliverables, outsourced finance functions, and virtual CFO services. Build trusted client relationships, identify business opportunities, supervise and coach staff, ensure engagement quality and profitability, and provide strategic insights. The role also involves using business tools such as Xero, TaxLab, and Excel, developing proposals and client deliverables, and applying AI tools to improve service outcomes.
