Provides internal accounting services, including monthly and annual financial reporting, statutory and bank reporting, general ledger management, reconciliations, journals, GST and FBT returns, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and process improvement. Manage transfer pricing engagements for multinational and high-growth clients, including transfer pricing studies, analyses, client relationships, tax authority disputes, and APA applications. The role also involves managing engagement profitability, developing junior staff, project-managing engagements, and contributing to internal systems improvement. Candidates need at least five years of transfer pricing experience, relevant accounting, finance, economics, or law qualifications, strong analytical and communication skills, and people-management experience.

Manage M&A tax advisory engagements, including tax structuring, buy-side and sell-side due diligence, tax research, opinions, and client advice. Lead and mentor junior specialists, maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders, monitor New Zealand tax legislation and case law, collaborate across teams, and improve internal processes and best practices.
