Lead the end-to-end integration of US inland waterway barge data into a global cargo intelligence platform. Design ingestion, entity-resolution, and Kafka streaming systems; map external data to reference datasets; and distribute information through APIs, Elasticsearch, warehouses, and customer-facing applications. Own production operations, observability, incident response, data quality, and analyst workflows while mentoring engineers and helping modernize legacy systems into event-driven services.

Lead end-to-end graphic and motion design across campaigns, reports, events, social content, digital channels, print, and out-of-home experiences. Translate complex data and technical concepts into compelling visual stories, develop multi-format creative systems, evolve the brand, and collaborate with marketing, communications, data visualization, and product design teams. Mentor junior and mid-level designers while maintaining high standards for craft, consistency, and innovation.

Advise APAC sales on deal booking, review and approve contracts, support quote configuration and CRM troubleshooting, monitor deal pipelines, collaborate with Legal/Finance/Product on non-standard terms, and provide cross-regional coverage to ensure compliant, timely deal execution.
