Coordinate software implementations and manage daily operations for warehouse automation systems. Maintain project schedules, budgets, testing, data migration, and vendor coordination while monitoring production performance, incident response, SLA compliance, client relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support go-lives, hypercare, reporting, and operational optimization.

Lead and develop the Estimation team to produce accurate, competitive cost proposals for material handling, automation, and systems-integration projects. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Consulting to support bid strategy, maintain estimating tools and templates, validate subcontractor quotes, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality and margin targets.

Manage 3-5 client projects end-to-end: plan, execute, monitor, control and close. Coordinate internal teams and vendors, track budgets/schedules, manage risks, resolve issues, and communicate status to leadership while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
