Manage 3-5 client projects end-to-end: plan, execute, monitor, control and close. Coordinate internal teams and vendors, track budgets/schedules, manage risks, resolve issues, and communicate status to leadership while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

The Senior Project Engineer will oversee mechanical engineering in material handling projects, mentor team members, ensure compliance with safety standards, manage project performance reporting, and implement best practices.

Lead strategic sourcing for automation, robotics, controls and engineered systems. Build supplier partnerships, run vendor performance and scorecards, negotiate commercial agreements, mitigate supply risks, support project teams, and drive cost, scalability, and operational consistency. Travel ~15–20%.
