Develops and analyzes project schedules for sales, estimating, and proposal phases. Creates execution schedules, milestones, critical paths, resource forecasts, and schedule narratives; performs risk, sensitivity, and what-if analyses; aligns schedules with cost estimates and project assumptions; collaborates with business development, estimating, engineering, procurement, operations, and project management; and transitions approved proposal schedules into project execution.

Deploys, configures, commissions, upgrades, and supports Kommand warehouse execution systems and related automation hardware. Responsibilities include SQL Server database scripting, environment configuration, software and hardware installation, IQ/UAT testing, troubleshooting production issues, customer coordination, ERP/WMS integration testing, documentation, training, and on-call support. The role independently manages new installations, upgrades, live escalations, and post-go-live support across remote and customer-site environments.

Own the architecture and roadmap for KPI’s workflow and BPM domain. Design and govern workflows, lead migrations to consolidated platforms such as Camunda, promote no-code process design, and eliminate architectural debt. Provide technical direction to the CapBPM engineering team, review implementations, manage delivery health, and represent workflow architecture in governance forums. The role also evaluates engine strategy through cost-benefit and TCO analysis, coordinates cross-functional dependencies, and produces architecture documentation and executive reporting.
