Provides clerical and administrative support to the Client Services Department, including data entry, work orders, customer samples, milestone tracking, billing documents, filing, scanning, and customer communications. Answers questions, confirms order details, supports production coordination, and provides backup front-desk coverage by answering phones, greeting visitors, managing badges, and coordinating courier services.

Lead functional testing, validation, documentation, and user enablement for the ERP platform across order-to-cash, manufacturing, inventory, planning, warehousing, and invoicing. Provide post-go-live support, triage issues, maintain master data, create SOPs, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.

Lead new business development and account management for data-driven direct marketing, print, mailing and fulfillment services. Build pipelines, cultivate senior relationships, prepare proposals and pricing, negotiate contracts, forecast sales, and ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and receivables. Collaborate with teams to package solutions and meet short- and long-term revenue objectives.
