Lead Starbucks booth operations by supervising, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees; ensuring customer satisfaction, product quality, safety, and policy compliance; managing staffing and financial performance; analyzing reports and business indicators; setting team goals; coaching employees; and maintaining consistent drink preparation and service standards.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using PHP and Drupal, with responsibilities spanning frontend, backend, databases, ORM usage, and DevOps setup. The role may also support online marketing analytics and additional development projects. Preferred technologies include Angular, TypeScript, .NET, and C#, while PowerShell and Python scripting are beneficial. This is a fully on-site position requiring at least five years of software development experience.
