Lead the strategy and delivery of Kings League matchday fan experiences across global leagues. Develop engagement initiatives, identify commercial opportunities, coordinate internal teams and vendors, track performance, analyze fan feedback, and continuously improve supporter experiences.

Manage FP&A activities across multiple markets and entities, including monthly close coordination, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI tracking, and performance management. Partner with Finance teams and business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data, identify trends and risks, control spending, and provide insights supporting strategic decisions.

Manage live show production and control room operations for matchdays and streamed events. Responsibilities include real-time rundown management, technical and editorial coordination, talent cueing, content production supervision, partner management, cross-functional team leadership, scriptwriting, editorial planning, and live event activations. The role requires broadcast operations expertise, post-production coordination, digital streaming knowledge, and calm decision-making under pressure.
