Leads an HTS-NGS team supporting oligonucleotide and RNA editing therapeutic programs. Responsibilities include managing scientists, developing high-throughput cell-based assays, optimizing molecular biology and NGS workflows, integrating liquid-handling automation, ensuring data quality, managing LIMS workflows, and collaborating with Chemistry, Data Science, and Biology teams. The role combines hands-on scientific work with team leadership, project coordination, technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication.

Provides hands-on clinical and nonclinical quality oversight across global biopharmaceutical programs. Leads risk-based audits of CROs, laboratories, investigator sites, and other vendors; manages deviations, investigations, CAPAs, quality agreements, inspection readiness, and regulatory support. Partners with clinical, nonclinical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and data teams to ensure GCP, GLP, and GCLP compliance, data integrity, patient safety, and effective quality systems.

Leads clinical data management for global clinical studies from startup through database lock and archival. Oversees CROs, vendors, EDC builds, data cleaning, external data transfers, validation, database quality, regulatory compliance, and study budgets. Develops data management plans and related documentation, supports audits and regulatory submissions, and partners with clinical, statistical, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and operations teams. Contributes to departmental standards and process improvements.
