Joining the Restructuring team, graduates will collaborate on managing corporate restructures, conduct financial analyses, and engage with stakeholders while receiving mentorship.

Lead and deliver performance improvement engagements: analyse financial and operational data, develop commercial recommendations, design and implement sustainable solutions, engage senior stakeholders, coach teams, and support business development across diverse sectors.

Support financial administration of client engagements: process payments and receipts, perform reconciliations, maintain cashbooks and records, assist with BAS/ASIC reporting, manage client bank accounts, liaise with banks, and respond to stakeholder queries while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
