Perform day-to-day AML/CTF and sanctions operations, including identity verification, transaction monitoring, enhanced due diligence, name and adverse media screening, customer outreach, investigations, risk assessments, quality assurance, and suspicious matter reporting through AUSTRAC Online. Provide general operational support while maintaining confidentiality, meeting deadlines, and applying AML/CTF regulatory knowledge. The role includes comprehensive training and potential AML/CTF qualification opportunities.

Provide advisory support to government clients across strategy, policy, transformation, organisational design, program evaluation and economics. Analyze qualitative and quantitative information, develop evidence-based insights, and prepare reports, presentations, business cases and operating models. Support stakeholder interviews, workshops and consultations while managing project tasks, risks and deadlines. Contribute to proposals, research and team knowledge-sharing, using data, technology and AI tools to improve work quality and efficiency.

Manage eDiscovery engagements from identification and preservation through processing, review, and production. Advise clients and legal counsel, design matter-specific workflows, manage timelines, budgets, and WIP, and supervise and develop Associates and Analysts. The role also supports proposals, pitches, thought leadership, and practice growth while working with Partners and senior leaders on complex matters.
