Oversees audits, tax, cross-border finance, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and GAAP-to-IFRS reporting. Partners with executives on profitability, pricing, commercial structuring, and public-sector contracts while managing and developing the US finance team and improving financial systems and reporting automation.

Supports day-to-day People Operations, including onboarding, benefits and leave administration, employee record maintenance, payroll inquiries, offboarding, compliance support, and employee assistance. The role uses Rippling and Litmos to manage HR workflows and training, safeguards confidential information, coordinates with People and Talent teams, and identifies process improvements that strengthen data quality and the employee experience.
