Responsibilities include managing deficiency estimates from creation through closure, processing sales and work orders, entering data, routing calls, coordinating with customers and vendors, and following safety and company procedures. The role requires prior sales experience, strong communication, organization, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Sell commercial security systems, including intrusion, video surveillance, access control, intercom, and monitoring solutions. Develop quotes with Engineering and Operations, manage customer and contractor relationships, identify upgrade opportunities, conduct cold outreach, coordinate product demonstrations, and maintain pipeline data in Ignite Sales Tracker. The role requires three years of commercial security sales experience, blueprint interpretation, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, basic IT knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and successful background and drug screenings.
