Administers Canadian and U.S. payroll and employee benefits, including wage calculations, tax withholdings, deductions, garnishments, enrollments, invoices, reporting, vendor coordination, and compliance. Leads part-time store operations by opening and closing the store, supporting sales goals, delivering customer service, maintaining merchandising standards, processing transactions, handling freight and cash, and supporting loss prevention. Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, assigns tasks, addresses customer concerns, and assists with onboarding and training team members. Requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to perform physical store duties.
