Manage end-to-end hospital deployments of Kontakt.io solutions, coordinating site readiness, installation crews, hospital IT, vendors, commissioning, testing, documentation, budgets, risks, change orders, and handoffs. The role requires frequent travel to hospital sites, contractor management, multi-site scheduling, device inventory and RMA oversight, and stabilization support after implementation.

The Director of Revenue Operations partners with the CRO to orchestrate the B2B SaaS go-to-market engine. Responsibilities include owning forecasting and pipeline intelligence, running executive operating cadences, coordinating cross-functional execution, managing Salesforce and revenue systems, building AI-enabled automations, improving data integrity and productivity, and leading Marketing Operations and Sales Development technical resources.

Own post-deployment success for strategic national healthcare customers by driving adoption, optimization, ROI, renewals, and expansion.
