Administer, configure, and support Okta-based ICAM solutions in a federal environment. Responsibilities include user lifecycle management, application integrations, SSO, MFA, directory integration, authentication policy management, incident resolution, monitoring, documentation, change management, audits, and Tier 2/Tier 3 support. The role collaborates with security teams and government stakeholders to maintain secure, compliant identity services aligned with NIST and Zero Trust principles.

Designs, implements, and manages secure AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure. Integrates security into CI/CD pipelines, automates configuration management, monitors vulnerabilities, conducts security audits, supports incident response, and ensures compliance requirements. Collaborates with development and cross-functional teams to deliver secure cloud solutions. Requires extensive DevOps experience, cloud certifications, infrastructure-as-code expertise, scripting skills, containerization knowledge, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Designs and maintains enterprise data architectures and ETL pipelines supporting mission-critical GEOINT systems. Assesses geospatial technologies, workflows, and processes; contributes to GIS strategy and technology roadmaps; develops architecture views; documents production processes and performance metrics; identifies infrastructure and performance improvements; and supports lifecycle, configuration, and change management for federal mission systems.
