Teams at Kong

Own the Konnect Developer Portal self-service experience, including application registration, credentials, teams, and environments. Lead discovery, roadmap development, user research, prioritization, cross-functional delivery, and KPI tracking across API, AI, gateway, lifecycle, monetization, and onboarding capabilities. The role requires strong developer empathy, experience with B2B SaaS or platform products, and the ability to connect frontend UX, backend integrations, and system design.

Build and maintain TypeScript and Node.js microservices powering subscription billing, entitlements, usage metering, payment integrations, CRM provisioning, and financial workflows. Develop event-driven features using Kafka or similar systems, ensure data accuracy and reliability, write comprehensive tests, participate in design reviews and on-call support, and operate services on Kubernetes. Collaborate with engineering, RevOps, and finance stakeholders while troubleshooting consistency issues across distributed services.

Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales for Kong's API and AI platform in India. Build C-suite relationships, develop account plans, navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals, exceed revenue targets, and collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success. Travel to customer sites as required.
