Architect and implement Kong API gateway and service mesh solutions for enterprise clients; lead technical workshops, proofs-of-concept, and troubleshooting; own technical success from pre-sales through post-implementation; mentor junior engineers; capture customer feedback to influence product roadmap. Travel ~30-50%.

Serve as a strategic partner to key customers to drive retention, adoption and growth. Develop account plans, monitor customer health, lead change and program management, collaborate with sales/product/support, run executive reviews, and identify upsell opportunities while managing technical escalations.

Drive enterprise sales across the Southeast: own full sales cycle, build pipeline, close complex SaaS/cloud deals, expand and retain large accounts, engage C-level stakeholders, forecast in CRM, and collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success.
