Lead and own the visual and interaction language for the company's design system. Build and document components, tokens, templates, and layout patterns; ensure accessibility (WCAG) and high-quality shipped UI. Collaborate closely with a Design Technologist and engineering, run office hours and critiques, mentor designers, and drive system improvements to keep product and system cohesive at scale.

Own territory and sell the Kong Enterprise Platform to large enterprises: generate pipeline, document buying criteria, forecast, collaborate with product/marketing/customer success, negotiate and close deals, meet quotas, and travel to customer sites (30–50%).

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound and inbound outreach. Conduct calls, video, LinkedIn and email outreach; update Salesforce; set qualified meetings for Account Executives; exceed monthly/quarterly opportunity quotas; collaborate with marketing and AEs; complete sales training and ramp to quota while developing sales skills for future roles.
