Leads finance for UK and Ireland service branches, overseeing management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, P&L reviews, financial controls, and business partnering. Manages the Accounts Receivable team, driving cash collection, credit risk management, working capital performance, credit policy, dispute resolution, and process improvement. Develops KPI and Power BI reporting, supports audits, and influences operational stakeholders to improve commercial and financial results.

Plans, coordinates, and delivers overhead crane and hoist installation, modernization, and service projects. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, supplier and contractor coordination, technical support, commissioning, customer communication, site visits, risk assessments, safety compliance, documentation, billing coordination, and continuous process improvement. The role supports regulatory submissions, design approvals, load testing, and adherence to ISO, EHS, and company quality standards.

Supports the Crane Service team with on-site maintenance and service activities. Accepts assigned work packages, records completed work and faults, estimates repair labor and parts costs, conducts safety and visit reviews, documents recommendations, and advises customers on repair decisions. Requires awareness of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, effective communication, teamwork, and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
