Design and execute PCBA test plans, run lab tests, collect and analyze results, produce test reports, investigate RMA feedback, maintain test equipment and simulators, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and automation.

Translate customer requirements into 2D/3D KONE layouts and models, analyze customer drawings, raise RFIs, ensure final drawings align with IFC and SL layouts, support sales with technical solutions, select product platforms, initiate manufacturing orders, and provide training and portfolio feedback.
