Maintains relationships with government departments, industrial parks, and industry associations; researches policies; prepares government subsidy, funding, qualification, and project applications; manages permits, filings, renewals, and inspections; coordinates government visits and events; drafts reports and official materials; monitors regulatory risks; supports compliance; and maintains related records. The role requires frequent external government engagement and travel.

Develops sales for KONE’s New Building Solutions across New Zealand. Responsibilities include building client relationships, understanding customer needs, preparing estimates, tenders and quotations, identifying upselling opportunities, and generating new business. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, presentation, reporting and analytical skills, plus experience in sales and preferably construction, building services or the lift industry.

Provides mechanical engineering support for elevator modernization projects. Designs mechanical solutions, drawings, and engineering packages using CAD; performs component, structural, and system analyses; reviews compliance with specifications, codes, safety regulations, and customer requirements; prepares bills of material and technical documentation; and collaborates with project managers, sales, manufacturing, purchasing, vendors, and field installation teams.
