Support immigration attorneys by organizing case files, tracking USCIS, EOIR, DOS, and DOL filings, communicating with clients, preparing motions and immigration filings, conducting legal research, and compiling litigation materials for removal proceedings. The role also involves maintaining confidentiality, attending client meetings, coordinating with courts, monitoring deadlines, and assisting with trial preparation.

Handles an independent docket of immigration removal defense cases, including EOIR proceedings, BIA appeals, and related litigation. Responsibilities include courtroom advocacy, legal research and writing, client representation, and community-focused immigration justice work. The attorney will also cultivate referral relationships, contribute to firm visibility, and help develop the firm’s removal defense practice with mentorship and appellate support.

Owns firm-wide retention revenue, sales performance, business development, referral partnerships, consultation conversion, and recurring EAD renewal revenue. Leads retention teams, monitors performance metrics, improves client communication, manages external pipeline growth, represents the firm at community events, and provides actionable reporting to leadership. The role is accountable for revenue outcomes, team development, client experience, and sustained business growth.
