Troubleshoot escalated SYNKROS application, interface, and database issues; develop SQL and PL/SQL scripts; support Java and Oracle performance tuning; coordinate with customers, vendors, R&D, and management; track bugs and resolutions using Git, JIRA, and Zendesk; and occasionally travel to Southwest customer sites.

Provides enterprise network and server support by installing, maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing infrastructure and software issues. Designs network architectures, prepares specifications and documentation, troubleshoots switches, routers, firewalls, and related systems, and evaluates hardware-software interfaces. The role also supports customer consultations, network installations, stability reviews, and relationship management. Requires autonomy, flexibility for overtime and limited travel, and the ability to obtain gaming licenses.

Prepare and review financial reports, cash and revenue reporting, account reconciliations, and audit schedules. Maintain fixed asset records, prepaid amortization, and general ledger entries. Support internal/external audits, compile financial information for headquarters, and partner with departments on accounting issues and special projects, including Singapore and Macau branch financials.
