Lead end-to-end healthcare analytics consulting projects, translating ambiguous business questions into analyses, managing cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary client contact. Conduct statistical analyses and modeling, monitor project performance, mitigate risks, improve team processes, develop team capabilities, identify account growth opportunities, and provide thought leadership in healthcare analytics. The role requires strong quantitative, communication, project management, client relationship, and SQL, Python, or R skills.

Build and operate secure, scalable AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps. Administer and optimize Snowflake production environments, improve query performance, manage cloud and data-platform costs, and strengthen FinOps practices. Maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability, IAM, RBAC, networking, and secrets management while aligning with HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements. Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with engineering, data, and security teams. Use AI-assisted engineering tools safely for infrastructure, scripting, documentation, and analysis.

Lead end-to-end project delivery for healthcare and life sciences clients, managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholders. Drive discovery, design, build, and implementation with cross-functional teams, enforce methodology and project standards, facilitate workshops and trainings, and identify opportunities for improvement and change orders.
