Solicit, negotiate, and close hotel sales across group, business travel, and catering segments. Develop proposals, action plans, and client relationships; respond to leads; coordinate contracts, site inspections, event details, payments, and hotel departments. Track sales activity, research competitors and market trends, meet revenue targets, represent the hotel at industry events, and follow up after events to secure repeat business. Coach hotel staff on sales practices and ensure excellent guest service.

Provide on-site security for hotel premises by controlling access, monitoring surveillance cameras, patrolling public and back-of-house areas, inspecting packages, documenting incidents, liaising with police, enforcing policies, managing lost and found, and supporting emergency response and safety procedures.

Sell and close group, catering, and transient business for a hotel by prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and maintaining client relationships. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing and hotel departments, prepare proposals/contracts/BEOs, track activities in the sales system, meet revenue targets, attend events/trade shows, and support on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
