Qualify leads, create proposals and contracts, collaborate with Revenue Management and hotel teams, attend events, document activity in the sales system, and ensure successful event delivery and client follow-up.

Sell and close hotel group, business travel, and catering accounts by prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and managing contracts. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing and hotel departments, track activity in the sales system, meet clients onsite, ensure event execution, and follow up to secure repeat business.

Manage front desk operations and supervise front office staff to ensure exceptional guest service. Handle guest check-ins, resolve issues, assist with hiring, training, scheduling, payroll accuracy, and enforcement of brand and company policies. Coordinate room blocking and maintenance with housekeeping and engineering, report repairs, and follow safety procedures.
