Supports hotel sales by selling meeting and banquet space, managing small room blocks, coordinating reservations, billing, rooming lists, BEOs, group resumes, inventory, and commissions. Assists with prospecting, networking, site inspections, and sales calls. Oversees event setups and food-and-beverage preparations, greets clients, ensures guest satisfaction, reports maintenance issues, and follows safety procedures. Flexible evening, early morning, and weekend availability is required.

Assists the Front Office Manager with hotel front office operations, guest check-in, service recovery, staff training and coaching, scheduling, payroll accuracy, financial procedures, VIP room preparation, and coordination with housekeeping and engineering. Ensures brand standards, grooming policies, company procedures, and exceptional guest service are consistently maintained.

Supervise hotel front desk and food and beverage operations, support guest check-in and check-out, resolve guest issues, coordinate room and meeting-room readiness, manage inventory and ordering, oversee financial procedures, and communicate with other departments. The role also ensures safety, policy compliance, VIP room preparation, and service quality during assigned shifts.
