Supervise hotel front desk operations, support check-in and check-out, resolve guest concerns, coordinate room and guest information with other departments, oversee staff knowledge of hotel services, manage financial reporting and money-handling compliance, prepare VIP and special-request rooms, report repairs, and follow safety procedures.

Controls access to hotel facilities, monitors surveillance cameras, patrols property, inspects packages, documents incidents, manages visitor and key-control procedures, and responds to emergencies. Maintains security reports, protects guests, employees, and assets, coordinates with police when needed, enforces hotel policies, supports safety compliance, and assists with lost-and-found and after-hours storeroom controls.

Manages hotel sales by soliciting, negotiating, and closing group, business travel, and catering opportunities. Develops market action plans, responds to leads, prepares proposals and contracts, coordinates events with hotel departments, tracks sales activity, and ensures payments and event details are completed accurately. Maintains client relationships, represents the hotel at industry events, follows up after events, and coaches hotel staff on sales practices.
