Lead the people side of the Kolsquare-Storyclash integration, establish foundational HR processes, support the Austrian Works Council, analyze people data, and coordinate limited hiring support for helloCash. The role requires strong Austrian labor-law knowledge, conflict-navigation skills, and fluent German and English.
