Deliver food and maintain quality guest service in the restaurant. Clean, set, and clear tables; stock service items; maintain bar and dining cleanliness; assist service team; follow safety procedures; perform deep cleaning and support guest inquiries. Adhere to grooming, attendance, and hotel policies.

Sell and negotiate group and transient wedding and catering business, develop new accounts, create customized proposals and menus, prospect and attend tradeshows, manage client communications and contracts, coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest experience and revenue goals are met.

Perform routine building maintenance and repairs (painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, pool). Conduct preventative maintenance, respond to alarms and guest requests, follow safety/lockout procedures, maintain work area cleanliness, and perform physical tasks. Requires 3–5 years trade experience, high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and strong mechanical and customer-service skills.
