Supervise daily and long-term maintenance of hotel facilities, schedule and oversee projects, manage staff and budgets, ensure safe practices, maintain HVAC/plumbing/electrical/refrigeration systems, perform inspections, coordinate with other departments, and handle materials procurement and recordkeeping.

Deliver food and maintain quality guest service in the restaurant. Clean, set, and clear tables; stock service items; maintain bar and dining cleanliness; assist service team; follow safety procedures; perform deep cleaning and support guest inquiries. Adhere to grooming, attendance, and hotel policies.

Sell and negotiate group and transient wedding and catering business, develop new accounts, create customized proposals and menus, prospect and attend tradeshows, manage client communications and contracts, coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest experience and revenue goals are met.
