Manages wedding, group, and transient hotel sales by developing accounts, prospecting, negotiating contracts, creating proposals, conducting presentations and site inspections, and meeting revenue goals. The role builds repeat business, upsells hotel services, supports client inquiries, coordinates with hotel departments, maintains booking records, and contributes to guest satisfaction and hotel operations. Occasional travel, variable scheduling, customer service, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and hospitality sales experience are required or preferred.

Delivers food and beverages, clears and sets tables, stocks service supplies, cleans dining and bar areas, and supports restaurant staff. Maintains guest satisfaction, corridor safety, and proper handling of spills, breakage, equipment, and waste. Assists with guest inquiries, follows hotel safety procedures, reports hazards, and performs deep cleaning and other assigned duties. Requires strong communication, customer service, organization, basic computer skills, and knowledge of table and bar service.
