Set experience direction and roadmap, conduct customer discovery, define success metrics, manage personas and journey maps, facilitate alignment, and guide scope and trade-offs through delivery. Partner closely with product, technology, delivery, executives, and customers while mentoring designers and product colleagues. Use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, prototyping, and story definition.
