Resolves order, payment, delivery, return, refund, and account issues, including aftercare for live commerce purchases. Maintains accurate customer records in support systems, escalates complex cases, and identifies recurring issues for process improvement. The role requires clear spoken and written English, strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable availability aligned with UK business hours.

The Live Commerce Administrator supports the setup and management of live selling sessions, coordinating products and inventory while assisting the Live Commerce Team during broadcasts and in reporting.
