Assists with apartment property management, including leasing, resident relations, rent and deposit reporting, lease processing, notices, service requests, compliance, resident retention, marketing, inspections, and office administration. Assumes manager responsibilities during absences, supervises personnel, handles resident and vendor communications, and supports daily property operations. Occasional evening, weekend, overtime, and emergency work may be required.
