Build and operate scalable machine learning infrastructure across the full ML lifecycle. Responsibilities include model serving, training environments, orchestration, ETL pipelines, cloud tooling, monitoring, alerting, automated testing, CI/CD, cost management, and reusable MLOps frameworks. The role partners closely with data scientists and engineers, supports production ML deployments, establishes best practices, and uses GCP services including Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Dataproc.

Supports product lifecycle execution through data entry, sample organization, package handling, purchase order management, style setup, office processes, meeting support, and cross-functional communication. Maintains sample rooms and workspaces, coordinates photo studio sample turn-ins, prepares review submissions, and escalates business-impacting issues. Home and NYDO locations also oversee packaging requests, approvals, compliance, sustainability requirements, and vendor communication.

Partners with logistics business leaders to drive retention, engagement, culture, accountability, compliance, and associate experience initiatives. Provides HR guidance, analyzes workforce trends and root causes, advises on risks and opportunities, supports HR program adoption, and develops reports using business insights and data tools. Requires strong communication, analytical, planning, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills, with flexibility for occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
