The role manages SEV1/SEV2 incidents, improves Kubernetes and cloud environments, drives automation and post-incident analysis, and strengthens security and resilience in PCI-DSS-regulated systems. It also includes mentoring engineers and coordinating cross-functional responses across global teams.

Lead SEV1/SEV2 incident response, production operations, SLO and SLI management, observability, infrastructure automation, capacity planning, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis. Strengthen security and compliance in PCI-DSS environments, mentor engineers, reduce operational toil, and promote resilience-by-design across distributed payment services and cloud infrastructure.

Manage talent acquisition and people operations across the UK and EU, including end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, employee records, payroll and benefits coordination, employee inquiries, HR compliance, and offboarding. The role requires familiarity with UK employment law and Right to Work processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
