The Senior Vehicle Integration Engineer will lead system-level integration of autonomous vehicle components, manage full integration lifecycle, develop test plans, and ensure documentation and quality for new platform developments.

Develop and integrate onboard navigation, sensor fusion, and pose estimation algorithms for autonomous trucking. Optimize IMU, camera, and lidar-based odometry and evaluate sensor performance, calibrations, and navigation metrics. Collaborate across teams, produce clear design documentation, and deliver high-reliability deployed software.

Lead product strategy and execution for Kodiak's Level 4 autonomous trucking platform. Define multi-year roadmaps, own product lifecycle from requirements to deployment, align cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and set metrics and readiness criteria. Mentor PMs, influence executive resourcing decisions, and travel to deployment sites to maintain operational proximity.
