Lead technical strategy and development for autonomous vehicle localization, navigation, sensor fusion, pose estimation, visual and lidar odometry, and calibration systems. Build high-reliability C++ software, define evaluation metrics, optimize sensor performance, resolve complex localization issues, and mentor engineers while setting technical direction across the organization.

Develop and maintain 2D and 3D visualization tools for autonomous vehicle development and testing. Build ReactJS, TypeScript, and Three.js interfaces that convert robotics sensor data into engineering insights. Create backend services and APIs, improve performance and scalability, collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams, and deploy production tooling with minimal disruption. The role also involves working with time-series robotics data, profiling applications, documenting systems, and supporting autonomous trucking infrastructure.

Leads system-level integration of autonomous vehicle sensors, computing, actuation, and vehicle systems from architecture through deployment. Develops test plans, coordinates cross-functional build events, provides design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test feedback, maintains technical documentation, troubleshoots integration issues, and defines requirements and acceptance criteria with systems and hardware teams.
