Manage technical execution roadmaps, hardware platform development, integration, manufacturing scale-up, schedules, milestones, resources, risks, and cross-functional dependencies. Partner with hardware, software, systems, and operations teams to deliver autonomous vehicle programs on time and safely. Communicate priorities and tradeoffs, resolve blockers, improve manufacturing productivity, and maintain technical understanding of autonomous vehicle platforms, hardware lifecycles, safety processes, and testing operations.

Leads electromechanical manufacturing engineering for autonomous vehicle systems, including DFM, supplier coordination, documentation, production-line design, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, yield improvement, testing, fixtures, and automation. The role requires taking complex systems from design through scaled production, coordinating cross-functional teams, improving manufacturing processes, and communicating program progress and risks to leadership.

Leads hardware technical program management across sensor, compute, electrical/mechanical integration, and vehicle platforms. Owns roadmaps, schedules, risks, design and gate reviews, change management, executive reporting, and fleet deployment. Manages and develops three TPMs while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and safety teams. Establishes organization-wide hardware program processes, tooling, metrics, and prioritization practices, supporting complex autonomous vehicle hardware programs from concept through validation and production.
