Own and optimize KodeKloud’s ClickUp workspace as its single source of truth. Responsibilities include workspace architecture, migrations, automations, API integrations, dashboards, reporting, governance, permissions, documentation, team onboarding, training, adoption, license management, and cost control. The role requires deep ClickUp administration, strong async communication, and independent ownership across a distributed organization.

Build and operate the company’s global IT function, including Google Workspace, identity and access management, endpoint management, hardware lifecycle, SaaS governance, IT support, automation, vendor management, and technical SOC 2/GDPR compliance. Ensure secure onboarding and offboarding, manage devices and access across countries, run audits and security awareness programs, and establish scalable IT processes as the organization grows.

Own the organization’s cybersecurity program, including SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, cloud security posture management, vulnerability management, IAM, Google Workspace security, endpoint protection, detection and incident response. Develop policies, automate security workflows with Python, Bash, and Terraform, manage audits and risk assessments, and advise engineering, IT, legal, leadership, and customers on security matters.
