Handle incoming guest calls, route inquiries, schedule automotive service appointments, and conduct service-retention outreach. Send appointment reminders, monitor online chats, support showroom traffic, manage Google Business and website information, and respond to online and social media reviews. Assist with event planning, social media content, photo and video capture, and general administrative duties.

Build trusted customer relationships, understand vehicle needs, demonstrate Subaru products, guide customers through purchasing, manage leads and follow-up using CRM tools, and generate repeat and referral business. Collaborate with sales, service, parts, and finance teams while participating in dealership and community events. Paid training and mentorship are provided; automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
