This non-commissioned role includes paid training, performance-based bonuses, and ongoing development.

Manages accounting and administrative operations for multiple dealerships. Supervises, hires, trains, and develops office staff; prepares financial statements, payroll, cash-flow forecasts, sales-tax returns, reconciliations, and executive reports. Ensures accurate records, timely transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and effective daily financial controls.
