Deliver Microsoft Entra identity governance and automated provisioning solutions for clients. Configure lifecycle workflows, entitlement management, access reviews, privileged identity management, Graph API and SCIM integrations, and workflow automation. Lead requirements workshops, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and go-live activities across hybrid and cloud environments. Collaborate with architects and project managers, mentor colleagues, and develop reusable automation and configuration assets.

Serves as a subject matter expert for end-user computing and Microsoft 365 platforms, leading Tier 3 and Tier 4 support, resolving complex incidents, mentoring engineers, and designing, implementing, optimizing, and documenting Intune and modern workplace solutions. The role manages tenant-level configurations, governance, security, compliance, automation, and service delivery while collaborating with clients, Microsoft, vendors, and internal teams.

Provide advanced 3rd line support for Linux platforms, manage technical incidents, lead change activities, and maintain documentation and service quality.
