Maintains and troubleshoots enterprise systems infrastructure, including servers, Citrix, firewalls, networks, email, backups, and security services. Coordinates with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, reduce risk, document processes, manage hardware and licenses, support technology upgrades, and administer cybersecurity training and remediation activities. Participates in after-hours on-call support and serves as a systems engineering and cybersecurity subject matter expert.
