Teams at KoBold Metals

Design, implement, and own KoBold's global HSE management system, digital HSE stack, analytics, AI strategy, training/LMS, and document library. Partner with regional HSE and field teams, lead vendor selection/configuration, build role-based curriculum and dashboards, and support field campaigns with occasional global travel.

Lead and support community relations, stakeholder engagement, social due diligence, compliance monitoring, and community development for exploration and development projects. Build relationships with Indigenous groups, document engagements, support social impact assessments and risk registers, coordinate with site teams, assist permitting and land access, and develop social performance tools and training.

Lead Workday configuration and HR systems architecture, manage HR integrations, administer review cycles and security roles, build HR reporting and automation, support employee data entry and system users, and partner with teams for HR data use.
