Leads commercial strategy for a multibillion-dollar copper mining project in Zambia. Owns delivery model, contracting, procurement, tendering, negotiations, contract administration, contractor performance, supply chain, logistics, local content, cost forecasting, claims, risk transfer, insurance, and commercial closeout. Builds and directs multidisciplinary commercial, contracting, procurement, and supply chain teams while ensuring governance, ethical sourcing, schedule adherence, cost control, audit readiness, and transition to operations.

Develop and deploy mineral exploration instruments, sensor systems, data acquisition methods, and proprietary software. Integrate geospatial, geophysical, geochemical, geological, and geographic data; build statistically rigorous and physics-based models; identify ore-forming anomalies; and generate 2D and 3D exploration predictions. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, geoscientists, vendors, and external partners to design field programs, deploy sensors, reduce uncertainty, and guide exploration decisions.
