Execute full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for Kobies remote Contact Center: source, screen, interview, extend offers, coordinate onboarding, maintain ATS integrity and talent pipelines, report recruiting metrics, partner with hiring managers, and improve recruiting processes and employer branding.
