Generates CNC machining programs using PowerMILL, develops workpiece setups, troubleshoots machining issues, and improves tooling, cycle times, quality, and costs. Conducts performance studies, tests, data collection, and reporting. Maintains training materials, supports hands-on training, and updates process documentation for die repair machining operations.

Lead design of aluminum automotive suspension components from concept through production. Perform FEA and forging simulations, create 3D models and 2D drawings, manage schedules, liaise with customers and Kobe teams, support manufacturing, and lead technical reviews.

Lead development and rollout of corporate policies, compliance, and internal controls. Manage internal audits, corrective actions, risk mitigation, and CSR team operations. Oversee administrative functions, employee engagement, and cross-functional projects to ensure regulatory compliance and operational consistency.

Provides hands-on HR support focused on employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, employee engagement, communications, organizational culture, turnover analysis, and employer branding. Partners with employees, managers, and leaders to address workplace concerns, administer policies, support disciplinary actions and separations, coordinate engagement initiatives, analyze retention trends, and create employee-facing communications and social media content.

Provide Japanese-English translation and interpretation for documents and meetings; support expatriate onboarding, relocation, and local coordination; assist with compliance documentation and training scheduling; perform general administrative duties, event and visitor coordination, and travel arrangements; maintain confidentiality and support occasional on-site manufacturing-area activities.
