Prospect and develop new retail business across Colorado, Utah, Washington, and Oregon, meeting sales goals and managing strategic accounts. Serve as the primary customer liaison, deliver sales and training presentations, maintain customer relationships in Salesforce, prepare reports, resolve customer issues, and travel extensively throughout the assigned territory. The role is focused 80% on new business development and 20% on account management.

Provides non-phone customer and operational support through email, direct mail, faxes, and internal tickets. Resolves account issues, disputes, and chargebacks; posts payments accurately; conducts call quality assurance; follows regulated processes and compliance timelines; and identifies process improvements while managing multiple responsibilities independently.

Investigate suspected customer and merchant fraud by identifying behavioral patterns, reviewing merchant onboarding and performance, handling fraud claims, researching applications, and assessing risk signals. Use internal records, application data, internet searches, and third-party fraud tools to reach accurate conclusions. Document findings, contact potential victims, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Fraud Analytics, and Compliance teams.
