Manage and grow a platform engineering team while contributing hands-on to platform delivery. Own CI/CD, Terraform IaC, Kubernetes operations, observability (metrics, logging, tracing, SLOs), secrets management, incident response, and automation to improve developer self-service. Champion AI-assisted developer workflows and ensure production readiness, security, and predictable delivery.

As a Fullstack Engineer at Koalafi, you'll build and deliver a non-prime installment loan product, integrating systems and creating APIs. Responsibilities include coding, collaborating with product teams, and maintaining service reliability while navigating existing systems.

Investigate suspected customer and merchant fraud by identifying behavioral patterns, reviewing merchant onboarding and performance, handling fraud claims, researching applications, and assessing risk signals. Use internal records, application data, internet searches, and third-party fraud tools to reach accurate conclusions. Document findings, contact potential victims, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Fraud Analytics, and Compliance teams.
