Owns key areas of the monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and U.S. GAAP compliance. Manages cash positioning, bank reconciliations, forecasting, and banking relationships. Supports audit requests, sales tax compliance, accounting process improvements, system enhancements, and documentation while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Owns external partner and merchant integrations from discovery through launch and production support. Designs integration paths, guides partner developers, validates implementations, troubleshoots issues using observability and technical tools, and coordinates with Engineering, Product, and Sales. The role also improves integration processes, documentation, ticketing, partner communications, and automation opportunities while translating complex technical concepts for external partners.

Develops new retail business across Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana, targeting 80% prospecting and 20% account management. Meets sales goals, builds strategic prospecting plans, presents sales and training materials, manages retail relationships, resolves customer issues, maintains Salesforce records, prepares reports, and submits expenses. Requires extensive territory travel, overnight stays, driving, and reliable transportation.
