Processes orders for the records retrieval division by researching requests, entering data, organizing and assembling documents, and sending requests to facilities. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, multitasking, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, on-site position with weekday hours and benefits.

Monitor 50–75 legal support orders daily, obtain status updates from field agents, communicate updates and issues to clients, document activity in a database, review completed orders, and process them for billing. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, urgency, time management, fast typing, and professional phone and email etiquette.
