Lead product strategy and execution for knownwell's clinical and external technology platforms. Own roadmap, prioritize features, drive discovery with patients, clinicians, and partners, partner with engineering to ship products, define product metrics, and manage and grow a small product team while aligning work to patient outcomes and business results.

Lead and scale knownwell's clinical trials program: build infrastructure, implement CTMS/eTMF/EDC, manage sponsor/CRO/IRB relationships, ensure enrollment, data quality, regulatory compliance, budget and P&L ownership, and grow the trials team while representing the company to sponsors.

Provide remote, weight-inclusive obesity and metabolic care; supervise and mentor APCs; maintain multi-state medical licensure; develop individualized treatment plans using pharmacotherapy, lifestyle, nutrition, and behavioral health; collaborate with dietitians and behavioral health providers; support clinical quality, education, and improvement initiatives.

Coordinate and manage multi-site clinical trials including recruitment, scheduling, data and sample collection, regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP/FDA), adverse event reporting, CTMS data entry, sponsor communication, and site management activities. Serve as primary participant contact and maintain study documentation and drug/sample accountability.

Provide longitudinal, evidence-based obesity and primary care across in-clinic and virtual settings; develop individualized treatment plans (pharmacotherapy, lifestyle, nutrition, behavioral health); collaborate with APCs, dietitians, pharmacists, and coaches; uphold clinical quality and protocols; participate in on-call rotation, education, quality improvement, and research initiatives.

Provide primary and metabolic health care with emphasis on obesity treatment for adults (and teens 12+ as appropriate) in a hybrid in-clinic and telehealth model. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise APCs, document in the EMR, triage on-call phone coverage, engage patients via portal, and support inclusive, patient-centered care.

Provide longitudinal, weight-inclusive primary care for patients with obesity and cardiometabolic conditions across in-clinic and virtual settings; develop individualized treatment plans integrating pharmacotherapy, lifestyle, nutrition, and behavioral approaches; collaborate with APCs, dietitians, pharmacists, and leadership on clinical quality, education, and improvement initiatives.
