The VP of Client Experience (Experiential) will manage key client relationships, drive new opportunities, and integrate data-driven strategy with creative execution in experiential marketing.

Develop and support cross-channel media strategy and planning, collaborate with data science and channel teams, manage client relationships and budgets, oversee campaign execution and measurement, and produce competitive and audience insights to inform media plans.

Own day-to-day office operations at Known's NYC headquarters, managing facilities, vendors, supplies, mail, onboarding logistics, and event coordination. Support workplace experience, internal communications, employee engagement programs, and cross-office collaboration to create a welcoming, well-run workplace.
