Financial + Retirement
401(K)
Choice of making contributions as pre-tax (Traditional) or post-tax (Roth). Contributions are vested immediately. Plan managed by New Square Capital and administered by Professional Capital Services.
401(K) matching
Knowland will match 100% of your contribution up to 3% of salary and then 50% of your contribution for the next 2% (total of 4% potential).
Performance bonus
A performance bonus may be awarded as colleagues meet targets set by their direct supervisors.

Disability insurance
Long-term & short-term disability insurance is provided by Principal Financial Group and Knowland covers the cost for you. You are, however, still required to enroll to have the coverage.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Based on your medical plan, you can either enroll in a Health Savings Account and/or a Limited Dental & Vision Flexible Spending Account, or Healthcare Flexible Spending Account.
Health insurance
There are 2 levels of coverage available through Cigna (PPO $500 deductible & HSA with $2,500 deductible.)
Life insurance
Basic life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment are provided by Principal Financial Group and are equal to one time your basic annual earnings. This coverage comes at no cost to you.
