Financial + Retirement

401(K)

Choice of making contributions as pre-tax (Traditional) or post-tax (Roth). Contributions are vested immediately. Plan managed by New Square Capital and administered by Professional Capital Services.

401(K) matching

Knowland will match 100% of your contribution up to 3% of salary and then 50% of your contribution for the next 2% (total of 4% potential).

Performance bonus

A performance bonus may be awarded as colleagues meet targets set by their direct supervisors.

E-services include an attorney locator, a law firm e-panel, a law guide, free downloadable legal documents, financial planning, insurance, and work/life resources. Our comprehensive WorkLifeMatters Employee Assistance Program is available through Integrated Behavioral Health. This program provides you and your family members with confidential, personal and web-based support on a wide variety of important and relevant topics — such as stress management, dependent/elder care, nutrition, fitness, and legal and financial issues. “No Meeting Fridays” were implemented to provide our colleagues with undisrupted time for focus intensive work, to catch up on administrative tasks, and finish their week out strong. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, Knowland observes a compressed workweek program that enables our colleagues to take two Fridays off a month.
