Lead and grow strategic relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts (10-20), owning commercial strategy, renewals, expansions, and forecasting. Act as trusted advisor to senior marketing leaders, align account plans to measurable business outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Consulting, Product, Finance, and leadership to drive adoption and long-term growth.

As a Senior AI Engineer at Knotch, you will develop AI agents for workflow automation, design backend and frontend services, and collaborate with teams to integrate AI into products. Your role includes optimizing systems for performance and ensuring agent safety and governance.

Own net-new enterprise sales with a multi-million-dollar quota. Develop account and territory plans, lead end-to-end deal strategy, engage executive stakeholders, build business cases tied to commercial outcomes, maintain CRM and forecasting discipline, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel to meet clients to drive long-term customer success and revenue growth.
