Lead global audience strategy for CRM channels by architecting scalable segmentation, governance, and activation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. Partner with Data Engineering and CRM teams to operationalize reusable cohorts, run experimentation, analyze performance, and drive behavior-based personalization to scale lifecycle marketing across US and international markets.

Hands-on engineering role building and maintaining marketing and CRM data systems. Design, implement, and troubleshoot data pipelines and integrations for Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Advanced, and CRM systems. Enable data quality, identity stitching, attribution, vendor insights, and activation flows. Collaborate cross-functionally, support deployments, write runbooks, and ensure SLA adherence for data refresh and pipeline uptime.

Build and maintain scalable landing experience apps and services using modern web stacks. Design and implement high-quality solutions, drive technical design, troubleshoot performance and stability issues, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product and design, improve development processes, and maintain documentation. Participate in on-call rotations and hybrid office collaboration.
